DNA remains engaged beyond introductions and initial market entry. Once a project has been validated, we coordinate the Australian workstreams required to move it toward execution — bringing together commercial partners, specialist advisers, project-development capability and appropriately licensed capital-market expertise where required.

Our role is to maintain strategic alignment between the international client and the Australian ecosystem: supporting commercial negotiations, partner coordination, investment readiness, project milestones and stakeholder engagement. Where regulated financial services or investment activity is required, DNA works alongside appropriately licensed external providers. This enables DNA to remain the client’s senior strategic adviser while specialist partners perform regulated or technical functions within their respective mandates.
