DNA adopts three key strategies in the application of it’s services: transparency, operational flexibility and technological innovation.
Transparency as a trust-building mechanism

Transparent pricing is essential for fostering trust and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Accordingly, DNA presents its clients with itemised bills for services rendered.

Operational flexibility and efficient team structures

DNA operates as a nimble and dynamic business unit. This agility allows for flexibility and an efficient and effective structure that can be adapted to varying workloads and client needs.

Rapid adoption of technological innovations

Fast adoption of new technology provides a significant competitive edge for DNA firms. Technologies such as AI, machine learning and document automation filtering have dramatically enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.

*** Please note that DNA uses technology as a tool only in our offerings. We pride ourselves on our people and our key points of differentiation.

In Australia, the migration program is managed under the Federal Government’s portfolio of Home Affairs. The sitting Government writes the policy. The Department of Home Affairs then applies the Policy. It needs to be recognised that both operate independently of each other, and DNA manages them accordingly.
The sitting Australian government can change every four years at parliamentary election time. Either the Labour or Liberal parties. Labour currently being in power.
However, the Department of Home Affairs remains the same institution, and the bureaucrats within it have been working in their roles for 20+ years.
